Dr. Alex Stopa Wins Two Pacific-Southwest Emmy Awards

UNLV Percussion alum and current adjunct professor, Dr. Alex Stopa, was a two-time winner at the 49th Annual Pacific-Southwest Emmy Awards for his original composition Spiral in the categories of ‘Arts and Entertainment’ and ‘Director – Short Form Content.’

Dr. Stopa is a generational talent and resource for the UNLV Percussion Area. We are tremendously excited for his achievement!
